Easter 2011

We always have Easter at Babs and Joe's house. They are like second parents to Phillip, and now to me. Today I was reminding the girls where we were going and all the names they could call Babs. Miss Babs, Miss B, BB - and Atley said to me, "so we have 3 grandmas..." I said, well sort of! It is so sweet to have so many people love on our children and help train them up in love and godliness! Usually some of her sweet grandkids are here for Easter, or we'll have friends and more family here as well. But today it was just us and Phillip's parents there. And it was a very sweet time. Of course Mimi prepared MANY eggs for the kids to find, which were hidden in the living rooms instead of the rainy outdoors:) I love that my mother-in-love fills their eggs with organic snacks and toys/playdough/trinkets. It was nice that they were not all sugared up on the way home since they were already pretty tired from a full day of Easter fun:) Thank you!! What a blessing to have such sweet family to share this incredible day of our RESURRECTED LORD! He is Risen, just as He said!!
